VERTEBRAL SUBLUXATION
A vertebral subluxation is a condition
where a spinal segment (vertebra)
loses its proper relationship with
the one above or below it in such a
way as to interfere with proper nerve function. Vertebral
subluxations can
be caused by any physical, emotional, or chemical force the body is unable
to adapt. The only way you can know if you have
a vertebral subluxation is
to
get your spine checked by a chiropractor.
The procedure a chiropractor
uses to correct a
vertebral subluxation is called an adjustment.
